Yes. The live classes are introduced for aiding students understand the specific chapters and topics they have doubts in or difficulty in. 

Refunds shall be given in cases where - 

1. Mentor did not show-up and rescheduling could not be possible. 
2. Student is unsatisfied with the class and raises an issue within 2 hours of the class. 

To rate or review a session, you need to fill out a feedback form that will appear on your dashboard after you complete a session. You can rate the session on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, and write a brief review about your experience. Your rating and review will be visible to other users on the website, and will help them make informed decisions. You can also view the ratings and reviews of other users on the website.

A session can be rescheduled at any time before it takes place.If the session has been cancelled at least 1 hour prior, you will not be charged a cancellation fee; otherwise, it will be.

This doesn't happen very often, but of course, you'll get your full refund, and moreover, we will be happy to compensate you and reschedule your meeting with another qualified mentor.

Once you have submitted your notes on Cubegon, our team will review them. It usually takes approximately 1 hour for us to complete the review process. During this time, we carefully evaluate the quality and relevance of the notes. But sometimes due to high volume of traffic, notes are verified within 24 hours. 

To sign in to Cubegon, go to www.cubegon.com and click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the website. Enter your login credentials like Email ID and Phone Number and click "Submit" to access your account.

Once you are signed in to your Cubegon account, navigate to the user dashboard. Look for the "Upload Notes" or similar option and click on it. Choose the .pdf file of the chapter's notes from your device. Then, you will be asked details about the notes and your bank account information. Click "Upload" to submit it. 

After our team has reviewed your notes, you will receive a notification or email informing you about the status of your submission. If your notes are accepted, you will be notified about the payment process. In case your notes are rejected, the reasons for rejection will be provided along with suggestions for improvement.

You can upload your notes on our website, and if the notes are accepted, you will be paid an amount between Rs.50 - Rs. 150 depending upon the quality of notes. To get paid or receive payment for notes on the website, you need to have a verified bank account or UPI ID linked to the website. Cubegon transfers the payment to your account within 24 hours after the notes have been accepted. 

While there might not be specific format requirements, it is advisable to ensure that your notes are well-organised, legible, and accurate. Providing clear headings, proper formatting, and relevant content will increase the chances of your notes being accepted. Currently, we accept notes only of Classes 9-12 from CBSE and ICSE Boards.
